I don't have an objection to anyone using material off this site. All I ask is that you E-mail me before you use any material. I have allowed people to incorporate entire pages into their own site in the past.  My purpose in producing this web site is to promote Vancouver and anyone who wants to do the same and use any of my material is welcome to do so. I do however appreciate a link, or acknowledgement of the source, but its not compulsory.

Please do not link directly to images on my site as that is, in effect, theft of bandwidth. You may copy them & use them on your own site if you wish, just email me and let me know you have done so.

If you feel any part of this site is a copyright infringement on yourself or someone else, please don't set a lawyer on me. This has happened in the past and I much prefer to deal with any perceived infringement in a friendly civilized manner, without getting slimes in suits (my apologies to respectable lawyers) involved.
