Those of you who have experienced trying to access your Hotmail account at a CyberCafe in a 3rd world Country (It took me over an hour to get my E-Mail at one in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania), will be pleasantly surprised at the speed of connection in Canada. We have one of the most advanced Digital Telephone Networks in the World, even more so than the United States. A lot of the Cafes listed below have super fast ISDN or ADSL connections, some even have a Megalink (T1) connection. Even those still using Modem dialups will probably seem plenty fast enough for most users.
