The Vancouver Theatre scene is not quite as developed as that in Toronto, but there are several venues, offering plays, Broadway productions, and interactive Theatre. One of my personal favourites is "Tony & Tina's Wedding", click on the Hoarse Raven Theatre Link below.
The Ford Center for the performing Arts which had been closed for 3 years after the downfall of Livent, its owners, was sold and re-opened in Spring 2002. It will likely present Broadway Plays as it did before.
