Our Tours

We operate all over Mexico, both Baja and the Mainland. Often we run specialty tours for clubs, like Airsteam and LTV. We operate caravans in both English and French ( see French Tours). We do not run all caravans in all years. All caravans include RV park fees, several tours and meals. One nice thing about Baja is you do not require a vehicle permit (TIP) as is the case on the mainland. In 2027 we are running 2 LTV (Leisure Travel Van) trips and one mixed rig type trip.

Please note our 2026 tours are full. You may go on a wait list by emailing Paul

Baja Caravans

Where does it go?

Placeholder Picture

Not a lot of choice as there is only one main highway down the Baja, with a bit of an alternative in the north. We start in Tecate at Potrero RV Park, which is  a San Diego County Park. We then head down Hwy 1, making several stops and tours to almost Cabo San Lucas, I say almost, since Cabo has no RV Parks, so we stop just short of it. Wethen head back north, diverging a ways north orf Guerro Negro to take the newer hwy 5 to San Felipe, then cross the border again at  Mexicali

What is included? What does it cost?

Placeholder Picture

All RV parks, 8 tours, 15 meals and 3 cooking classes. The price for 2027 is $8950 Canadian, which is about $6500 USD

Why do you price in Canadian dollars?

Placeholder Picture

We run trips in both English and French. All customer son our Frnech trip tend to be Canadian, and about 50% on English Trips. This means 3/4 of our customers tend to be Canadian, so it makes sense to price in that currency. We do, however accept US dollars at the book exchange rate (not buy/sell) and you may make your payments in US equivalent. We have a widget to do the conversion.

What is the RV Park and highway infrastructure like?

Placeholder Picture

I won't lie to you. The highway infrastructure is mixed. A lot of the roads in Baja are narrow with little shoulder. We take it slow over those portions. Many power supplies are only 15 Amp and some parks have a common water supply and dump. There is some dry camping. Approach this trip as an Adventure and you will have a great time.

Are there any long days?

Placeholder Picture

A few, but we prefer to keep driivng times at 4 or 5 hours.
